We met Steve from Unravel Coffee at the Specialty Coffee Expo in Boston and cupped his Ethiopia Coffees along other importers. His coffees embodied a consistently delicious balance, sweetness, and aroma. We’re glad to be roasting and sharing them with you. We’re currently offering two Yirgacheffe coffees, both from the same origin, but processed differently. Washed coffees are dried without the cherry, reflecting more of the coffee’s natural characteristics. Natural coffees are dried in the cherry prior to depulping, and carry more flavor from the cherry into the coffee. Villages which provide coffess to this site are Gotiti, Dula Mazoria, Daratu, Worka, Chelebesa, and Halabariti.
