A light and clean body, with brightness of raspberry and pomegranate, dry bitterness of lemon zest and grapefruit, and a soft muted sweetness of pear and white grape.

This coffee is produced by Yara Coffee Estate, which was established by a british settler in 1902. It was run by settlers of different families until 1971 when Gatatha Farmers Co. Ltd was formed by local residents. The farm is now devoted to coffee and tea, with a slight subsistence farming of dairy cattle. The farm has volcanic red soils, forests of indigenous and eucalyptus trees, and is occupied with coffee on the higher grounds, with the lower areas for tea and grazing around the river banks.
