A classic cup with a rich body with cocoa sweetness and notes of green apple.
This coffee is grown by sixty-seven small producers with farms of 1-3 hectare size mirco-lots and 100% traceability on each of them. The project Sosios de Cosecha (Harvest Partners) is run by Alejandro Valiente, who started it on his family farm and manages the wet mill and helps local producers improve processing techniques, among many other developments to showcase the potential of the coffees from this region and make a mark on the rising specialty community, including working with their environment in sustainable practices.
