Quebraditas Farm is a family venture focused on producing specialty coffee, purchased in 2018 by Edinson Argote when he was twenty years old. They focus on planting higher-quality varietals, with agronomic management to improve soil health for sustainability, and experimenting with innovative fermentation to elevate coffees.

We had the pleasure of meeting Edinson at the SCA Expo in Houston, where we bonded over a shared love for coffee fermentation. This coffee showcases his approach—transforming a classic Caturra, typically chocolatey, into something expressive and fruit-forward.
