This coffee has notes of florals like jasmine and rose, raspberry acidity and blackberry jam sweetness, and notes and body of red wine.

This coffee comes from our friend and former SONDER team member, Yoni Girmai, who has since founded his own importing company, Emba Coffee Importers. Affectionately named after his mother, Gidey Hagos, this lot was grown at high elevations in Ethiopia’s Guji region by approximately 850 smallholder farmers and processed at the Uraga washing station.​ Yoni asked us to share the message below.
