ETHIOPIA | Natural West Arsi

Deep, fruity, sweet and effervescent with notes of dried cherry, rosehip, fruit punch and dr. pepper, subtle rose florals and a clean, creamy mouthfeel.

Eyoel Girma was born and raised in Nensebo, West Arsi (town of the Oromia region). His knowledge of farming and processing was passed down from his father Ato Girma who was a leader in the Coffee Farmers Cooperative in Nensebo. An incredible communicator, he speaks three local languages – Sidamigna, Oromigna, and Amharic.

Overseeing this coffee along with Ashenafi Argaw and his co-production team, they are committed to excellence, continuous learning and unity in the quality of their coffees. Taking great care with each processing site, they are diligent in sharing the workload, forwarding creative ideas, and hosting training sessions to equip each other with various skills and exchange knowledge.
