Natural Process

This coffee is produced by Don Gerson at Finca San Rafael. Don Gerson took over his parents’ farm after their passing and began washed processing his coffees lots. After speciality coffee piqued his interest in 2019, he entered his lots into the Cup of Excellence and to his surprise won 19th place, and has subsequently been awarded an export license. His interest has grown in producing high-scoring coffees and experimenting with different processing methods. This coffee is a natural process, one of his best and fine tuned methods, which he produces alongside washed and anaerobic processes from the same lot.
