This cup is balanced and smooth, with buttery sugared notes of toffee or caramel grounded with dark chocolate and a subtle sweet fruity finish like a baked apple.

It is produced by Ana Mustafá and her family, who are part of La Real Expedición Botánica, a collective of coffee producers.
